Basic rates listed above do not include DFW sales tax (8.25% when applicable), 9% fuel surcharge, tolls (if any), parking (if any), extra stops (if any), or additional waiting time (if any) that may be incurred during your trip. Some of these charges may be included in your custom quote.

VEHICLE CLEANLINESS & SMOKING:

All Vehicles are 100% non-smoking. Failure for any passenger to abide by this rule will make the client liable for a $350.00 cleaning fee NO EXCEPTIONS. Food is generally not allowed inside the vehicles. A $200.00 to $500.00 cleaning fee may be imposed for excessive spills, Vomit & other bodily fluids. Any physical damage done to the vehicle by the group is the responsibility of the client and may result in an assessment for repair , replacement , Labor cost and Lost business. Broken/Missing glassware will be charged $15 each.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

(Sedan/SUV only): A cancellation fee will apply equal to the trip cost for any cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Customers are encouraged to inform for cancellations as early as possible. Round trip reservations must be canceled as 2 separate trips.

(Stretch Limousine): Cancellation will only be accepted within 48 hours after actual reservation is placed. A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold all stretch Limousine reservations.Cancellations after 48 hours, or within 14 days of there scheduled date of service, forfeit 50% of all money paid, plus any applicable cancellation fees of the reservation cost will be automatically billed to the card on file.
